The T20 GOAT lists
Every top-level T20 match since 2005: the major leagues (IPL, Big Bash, PSL, CPL, SA20, ILT20, Major League Cricket, the T20 Blast) and T20 internationals between the 12 Test nations. Other T20s are left out because big numbers against weaker sides would top the lists. Our ball-by-ball data starts in 2005 for internationals and later for some leagues (2014 for the T20 Blast), so long careers count from there. A "year" is a calendar year. Tap any column to rank on it. How points and ratings work
Careers: 200 top-level T20 matches or more. Single years and peaks have their own minimums, whatever the length of the career.
Avg rating is the average match rating, on the same −5 to 15 scale as the world ranking (which weights recent and stronger matches, so the two differ). SR and Avg rank regular batters only (8 balls faced a match), Econ regular bowlers (2 overs a match). Peaks are recalculated for the column you rank on: the best five straight years by rating can be different years from the best five by points.
Careers
Every top-level T20 career of 200 matches or more, 2005 to 2026. Nobody with fewer is in this table.
